Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Atlas Copco Elektronikon II 1900 0710 01 1900071001 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Automation-Devices products, including obsoleted and phased-out Atlas-Copco parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Audiocodes product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Automation-Devices such as the 6005160051 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the AC4222047780 manufactured by Atlas-Copco and we are pleased to be able to service most Atlas-Copco systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PMB11 by Manufacturer Audiocodes as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Automated-Logic Brand M220NX in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Atlas-Copco such as 2102S4S7115R equipment made by Atlas-Copco have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the XR0806XB43 by Automation-Actuator and 2102S4S7115R spares by Atlas-Copco are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TC52PN4240041081 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Atlas-Copco.
